Job Summary

• The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
• This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the market and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5 years proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Deep understanding of sales metrics and processes.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
• Experience in FMCG is a plus.
